Terms and Conditions

Last updated July 10, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by ARV, the direct-to-consumer brand of Arrive Accounting (“ARV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

  1. 01The services

ARV provides technology-enabled accounting services, including bookkeeping, individual and business tax preparation, tax advisory, financial reporting, and client communication. These services are delivered through the Arrive automation engine and validated by licensed professionals at our Reinforcement Learning Center.

ARV is a technology-enabled service. It supports, and does not replace, the professional judgment of the CPAs and accountants who review your work. No output is relied upon for filing until a licensed professional has reviewed it.

  2. 02Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the services. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

  3. 03Account security

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for any use of your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

  4. 04Your responsibilities

You agree to provide complete and accurate documents and information, and to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for reviewing and approving your returns, filings, and books before they are submitted or relied upon.

  5. 05Professional review and advisory disclaimer

Outputs generated by our automated systems are reviewed by a CPA or accountant before they are used for filing. Advisory recommendations, savings estimates, and tax strategies shown in the platform are informational, depend on assumptions and your specific facts, and are not a guarantee of any outcome. You should confirm any recommendation with your assigned professional before you act on it.

  6. 06Communications

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive service communications by email and, where you opt in, by SMS. These may include requests for documents, status updates, questions from our agent, and deadline reminders. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. Support is available at support@arrive.accountants.

  7. 07Fees and payment

Fees for the services are described to you at the time of engagement and are due as agreed. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once the work they cover has been performed.

  8. 08Intellectual property

ARV and its licensors exclusively own all right, title, and interest in and to the services, including the software, the Arrive engine, and all associated intellectual property and marks, excluding the content and data you provide. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our marks without our prior written consent.

  9. 09Your content

You retain ownership of the documents and information you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, process, and store that content solely as necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the services, and as described in our Privacy Policy.

  10. 10Third-party services

The services may integrate with third-party providers, such as accounting or tax software and financial institutions. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for the practices of such third parties.

  11. 11Prohibited use

    You agree not to:

    • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the services or circumvent any security measure
    • Access the services or another user's account without authorization
    • Interfere with or disrupt the services or the networks connected to them
    • Use the services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
  12. 12Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARV will not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the services.

  13. 13Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ARV and its affiliates and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

  14. 14Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. You may terminate at any time by discontinuing use and closing your account. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

  15. 15Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. Your continued use of the services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

  16. 16Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
